BEL is recruiting officers, assistant managerss

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Officer and Assistant Manager. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post before July 9, 2014.

Vacancy details:

1. Officer (Human Resources): 5 posts
2. Assistant Manager (Human Resources): 2 posts

Eligibility criteria:

• The candidates should hold a graduate degree and first class in MSW/ MBA (specialisation in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from a recognised university/institution.
• Or the candidate should have a first class in postgraduate degree/postgraduate diploma (in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from a recognised university/institute.

Application fee:

• The candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 through a DD drawn in favour of Bharat Electronic Limited. Candiadtes belonging to the SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from fee payment.

Selection procedure:

• The candidates will be selected for recruitment on the basis of their performance in the written test and interview.
