Purvanchal Gramin Bank to hire at 570 posts through CWE -II 2013 scores

Purvanchal Gramin Bank invites applications for recruitment at 570 posts from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose), who have appeared at the Common Written Examination (CWE) for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September/October- 2013 and declared qualified.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicants should have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university/college in India or anything equivalent thereto.
• Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in September/October 2013 should have obtained the following scores as given below
• Cutoffs on Total Weighted Standard Score for Officer Scale-I: 95 & above (SC/ST/SC- OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ PWD/ ST-PWD)  98 & above (/ST/SC- OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ PWD/ ST-PWD)  
• Cutoffs on Total Weighted Standard Score for  Office Assistant: 88 & above (SC/ST/SC- OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ PWD/ ST-PWD)  95 & above (/ST/SC- OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ PWD/ ST-PWD)  
• The qualifying ages of all the applicants should be ranging in between 18 and 28 years for being eligible in the concerned job posts.

Selection Procedure:

• Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE-II ) conducted by IBPS in September/October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.  

Application Procedure:

• The candidates should apply online at the website of the bank i.e. pgbgorakhpur.com. The candidates can download the Challan Form and pay the requisite amount of application fee. The applicants should mention the Branch Code and the Branch Transaction Journal in the system generated application forms for final submission. The candidates will be required to pay Rs 100 (Rs 20 for SC/ST/PWD/EXS) as the application fee through the Challan Form payable at any of the branches of Purvanchal Gramin Bank/ State Bank of India for this purpose.
