ISRO recruitment for 14 medical officer and scientists/engineer posts

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) under Department of Space has invited applications for recruitment of Medical Officers and Scientists/Engineers. Established in 1969, ISRO is India's primary space agency and is in charge of advancing space technology on behalf of Government of India. Last date for application is May 30, 2014.

Vacancies:

Medical Officer-SD (Physician): 1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 6,600
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have a MD/DNB Degree in General Medicine or internal Medicine.

Medical Officer-SC (Gynaecology): 1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP 5,400 + NPA
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have a MBBS Degree and Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Medical Officer-SC (Paediatrics): 2

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400 + NPA
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have a MBBS Degree and Diploma in Paediatrics.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Industrial Engineering): 3

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have M.Tech / M.E/ MSc Engineering Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Structural Engineering): 1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have M.Tech / M.E/ MSc Engineering Degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Human Resource):1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech/BSc Engineering Degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Chemical): 2

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech/BSc Engineering Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Chemistry): 1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have an MSc Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Organic Chemistry): 1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have an MSc Degree in Analytical Chemistry/Organic Chemistry.

Scientist/engineer-SC (Industrial Safety): 1

• Salary: Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100 + GP Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 35 years. The candidate should have an M.Tech / M.E/ MSc Engineering Degree or equivalent in Industrial Safety.

Selection 

• Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in an interview.
