Eligibility criterion:
Educational qualification:
- For the post of Assistant Project Manager: The candidates must possess a Masters degree.Or they should have completed their B.Tech or MBA.
- For the post of Senior Project Technical Assistant: The candidates must have completed their MBA or they should have done their Masters in Rural Development. Or they should have completed MA with M.Phil or BE.
- For the post of Project Research Assistant: The candidates should possess a Masters degree in Social Sciences or they should possess a B.Tech degree or should have done MBA.
- For the post of Project Assistant: The candidates should have completed their B.Com or they should have done BSW or MSW or they should have a diploma in Engineering.
- For the post of Project Technical Assistant: The candidates should have a diploma in Engineering or they should be graduates or they should have done BSW/ MSW.
- For the post of Project Research Associate: The candidates should have done their post graduation in communication.
Pay Scale:
- For the post of Assistant Project Manager: The candidates will be paid Rs 28,000 - 42,000 per month.
- For the post of Senior Project Technical Assistant: The candidates will be paid Rs 21,000 - 31,000 per month.
- For the post of Project Research Assistant: The candidates will be paid Rs 21,000 - 31,000 per month.
- For the post of Project Assistant: The candidates will be paid Rs 14,000 - 20,000 per month.
- For the post of Project Technical Assistant: The candidates will be paid Rs 14,000 - 20,000 per month.
- For the post of Project Research Associate: The candidates will be paid Rs 28,000 - 42,000 per month.
- Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the interview.
How to apply:
- In order to apply, the candidates are required to log in to the official website of IIT. Or the candidates can apply by sending the applications on plain paper. The candidates, in such cases, should mention circular number, project title, position applied for, name, permanent and mailing addresses, date of birth, details of academic qualification and experience.
- These applications are to be sent to the Assistant Registrar (R&D), Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Powai, Mumbai-400076. Also, the copies of certificates/ testimonials are to be attached along.
