State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for recruitment at 1897 posts of Probationary Officers through SBI PO Exam. The interested and eligible candidates can apply latest by April 24.

Eligibility criteria:
Age limit:
- The applying candidates should age between 21 and 30 years.
Educational qualification:
- Candidates willing to apply should be graduates or should have possessed an equivalent qualification in order to be eligible to apply.
Selection process:
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the two phases of the exam. Phase I: Objective Test and Descriptive Exam, Phase-II: Group Discussion and Interview.
How to apply:
- Candidates are required to apply online through the official website of the bank between April 7 and April 25.
- Candidates can pay the application fee through either of the two modes:
- Offline Mode: Candidates, if applying online should submit the system generated cash voucher/ challan form with the candidate's details at State Bank of India branch counter with the requisite fee.
- Online Mode: Online payment can be made through debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.
