Ministry of Defence to recruit 10 Fireman and 6 Mazdoor

26 Ammunition Company, C/o 56 APO under Ministry of Defence, Government of India invites applications for recruitment to 10 posts of Fireman and 6 posts of Mazdoor. Eligible candidates should send their applications before April 18, 2014.

Vacancy Details

Total vacancies: 10

1. Fireman: 4 posts
2. Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs 5200 - 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 1900
3. Educational Qualifications: Matriculation
4. Age Limit: Minimum: 18 years and Maximum: 25 years

Mazdoor: 6 posts

1. Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs. 5200 - 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800.
2. Educational Qualifications: Matriculation.
3. Age Limit: Minimum: 18 years and Maximum: 25 years
4. Maximum age limit is relax-able by 3 years for PBC category candidates and by 5 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
5. Note: Candidates applying for the posts must pass the required physical standards for the posts.

Selection Procedure

1. Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Physical fitness test/ endurance test, written Test and Interview.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Physical fitness test/ endurance test, written Test and Interview.
3. All tests will be held on screening basis, i.e. candidates qualifying the first test will be eligible for the next test.
4. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 2 years.
