Indian Institute for Information Technology-Allahabad has invited application for recruitment to various faculty positions. It is a regular tenure-track faculty positions for 3-5 years in teaching and research.
The pay scale for faculty is same as in IITs. Other benefits include initiation research grant, travel support, book grant, professional society membership, etc., and personal benefits such as medical/LTC, on campus subsidized family housing with excellent modern infrastructural facilities.

Eligibility :
  1. Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the 
  2. preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a good academic record throughout. Qualifications / Degrees are to be from reputed Institutions / Universities such as NITs, IITs, IIITs etc. In addition, for the below mentioned experience required

  • Professor : 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor and above.
  • Associate Professor : 8 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
  • Assistant Professor : 3 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience after Ph.D Selection procedure (if test then details of test)
