The Archaeological Survey of India, Mysore branch has invited applications for the recruitment of Photographer Grade II. Selected candidates will be hired on a short-term basis, which will likely be extended based on performance. Last date for application is May 16, 2014

Photographer Grade II: 1 post

• Category: Technician
• Classification: General Central Service, Group 'C', Non-gazetted, Non-ministerial
• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 5,200 - 20,200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years but below 25 years. The candidate should have completed Matriculation or equivalent and have completed a Certificate course in Photography/Micro Photography or equivalent.
• Experience: The candidate should have at least two years of experience in Indoor and Outdoor photography.

Selection

• Candidates will be selected for the post on the basis of performance in an interview. Only candidates short-listed on the basis of merits will be called for the interview.
