AIIMS Uttarakhand invites applications for 296 vacant posts

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Uttarakhand is recruiting for vacancies at Group-'A' positions. The recruitment will be on direct recruitment/deputation/contractual basis at AIIMS Rishikesh. Interested and eligible candidates can send in their job applications before May 6, 2014.

• Professor: 48 Posts  
• Additional Professor: 39 Posts
• Associate Professor: 76 Posts
• Assistant Professor: 90 Posts
• Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Nursing: 10 Posts
• Tutor/Clinical Instructor: 33 Posts

Eligibility criteria:

For Medical candidates:

• Applicant should hold a medical qualification (e.g. MBBS) included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956.
• Applicant should also have a postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. 

Or

• Applicant should possess a M.Ch Degree in surgical super-specialities and D.M. for Medical super-specialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

For Non Medical candidates:

• Candidate should hold a Post graduate qualification e.g. Master degree in the concerned discipline and a doctorate degree (Ph.D) from a recognized university.

Application fee:

• Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 500/- (Rs 100 for SC/ST candidates) per post. The fee has to be paid through NEFT/online transfer or demand draft.
