Sikkim police invites application for recruitment to the post of GD Constable, Constable Driver, Constable (Technical) and Follower. Candidates can apply before March 20, 2014.

2. Drivers: 85
3. Constables (Technical) in Communication Branch: 30
4. Followers: 7

Eligibility

1. GD Constables: For open candidates: Minimum class 10 from recognized board and forHG candidates: class 8 passed from recognized Board
2. Drivers: For open candidates: Minimum class 10 passed from recognized Board and for HG candidates: class VIII passed from recognized Board
3. One should have licence to apply for the post of drivers.
4. Constables (Technical): Minimum class 12 passed in PCM
5. Followers: Minimum class 6 passed.

Age limit: Between 18 years to 22 years (as on March 1, 2014)

How to apply

Candidates can get the application form from the office of the Commandant/3rd IRBn, PHQ, Gangtok and the office of District SSP (North/South/West) on 5 working days till March 20, 2014 through Bank (SBS) Receipt of Rs 70 under revenue head 0055-Police-800 other receipts.
