Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D in any branch as above or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience in administrative/organizational areas, policymaking, planning or management in a recognized scientific institution. Experience of teaching in a recognized University or equivalent. Contribution as a leader in climate related research areas such as coupled ocean-atmosphere modelling, climate dynamics, climate modelling, dynamics and thermodynamics of air-sea interactions in tropics, biogeochemical cycles of the ocean, chemical oceanography etc.
