The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi (IIMR) has issued recruitment notification to fill the vacant posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Assistant Professor on Contract basis.
These applications have been invited from exceptional academicians with significant research output and with good teaching record, and from professionals with substantial corporate experience for the full-time positions of in the following Areas.

Eligibility :
Full Time Regular Faculty
Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree, with consistently good academic record, and commensurate publications/publication potential. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved autonomous institutions (wherever applicable). The courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved/ recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The levels of teaching/research/industry experience required for the various positions are as mentioned below:
(a) Assistant Professor
Ph. D. with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 3 years’ teaching/industry (Officer level)/research experience (teaching or research experience gained during Ph.D. will NOT be counted).
(b) Associate Professor
Ph. D. with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. A minimum of 6 years’ teaching/Industry (Officer level)/research experience, of which at least three years’ should be at the level of Assistant professors or equivalent (teaching or research experience gained during Ph.D. will NOT be counted).
(c) Professor
Ph. D. with first class or equivalent in the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. A minimum of 10 years’ experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IIMs, IITs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution of comparable standards as may be so decided by the Institute (teaching or research experience gained during Ph.D. will NOT be counted).
