Pay Scale: Basic Pay Rs. 15600 + Grade pay Rs. 5400 + other allowances
Age Bar: Minimum 21 year and Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2014
Qualification: M.B.B.S. degree along with valid Registration from MCI/U.P. Medical Council
